If you find our products were not what you expected, or if you are sensitive to our formula, please contact us at info@nabriz.com within 7 days of your purchase date so we can consider a refund.
If you receive a defective/broken item, please take pictures of the product clearly showing the damage. Send pictures and order number to info@nabriz.com. A replacement will be issued right away.
We accept Returns of unopened and unused bottles. Customer pays return shipping, once we receive package, we will issue a full refund. Please contact us at info@nabriz.com with your order number and items to expect.
